I love October in the classroom. The weather is finally cooling off and the trees outside my classroom are starting to change color. October also means the Pick 3 Linky is here.
I love doing team building activities with my class. I love it even more when they are holiday themed. Since we don't celebrate halloween at my school this will be a neat activity to do instead.

I especially like your healthy Halloween snacks pin. Kids get way too much candy. I 've noticed the last few years especially that even kids get tired of it and appreciate something less sugary.

Hi Kim. I love the genre web. What a fun way for the kids to get all this information and have a holiday themed activity as well. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that candy pumpkin building idea. I'm thinking Grade 1s could maybe handle that, too:)
ReplyDeleteI love the list of Halloween snack ideas! Thanks for sharing and linking up!
ReplyDeleteThat is a STEM challenge I would like for my kids to try.
ReplyDeleteI have got to do that Stem challenge the week we study pumpkins! I love that! And the non-candy snacks are going to come in so handy because we are on a no-candy diet at my house! Thank you for sharing your pins and linking up with us! :)
ReplyDeleteThose Halloween snacks are great. I think you could turn some of the into a measurement or nutrition lesson.
